NOTICE:
The By-Laws committee is in the
process of updating all Association By-Laws. We have stopped
using the old hard copy format and are now using the digital
storage on our computers. Do not send hard copies of your
proposed By-Laws, they will not be processed.
If
you wish to create Association By-Laws, they must be submitted
to the By-Laws Committee in a Word document format.
The
By-Laws Chair will reply to your submission, via
return email, to confirm that the committee has received
your submission. If the Committee does not respond within
one week, please resubmit the bylaws and state that you have
sent them before.
Your
file will then be examined to make sure that any changes
made are within the scope of the International By-Laws.
Once the Committee and the Chapter have reached agreement on
the By-Laws, a digitally signed and locked copy will be sent
back to the Association and it will be stored on the By-Laws
computer.
