Sample Association By-laws

Sample Association by-laws

Sample Regional Association by-laws

Sample by-laws are provided in MS Word Format

NOTICE:

The By-Laws committee is in the process of updating all Association By-Laws.  We have stopped using the old hard copy format and are now using the digital storage on our computers.  Do not send hard copies of your proposed By-Laws, they will not be processed.

If you wish to create Association By-Laws, they must be submitted to the By-Laws Committee in a Word document format.  The By-Laws Chair will reply to your submission, via return email, to confirm that the committee has received your submission.  If the Committee does not respond within one week, please resubmit the bylaws and state that you have sent them before.

Download the MS Word document file on this page.  You may make the changes or additions you think necessary, then submit it to the By-Laws Committee by e-mail to by-laws@redknightsmc.com

Your file will then be examined to make sure that any changes made are within the scope of the International By-Laws.  Once the Committee and the Chapter have reached agreement on the By-Laws, a digitally signed and locked copy will be sent back to the Association and it will be stored on the By-Laws computer.

If your Association chooses to run solely under the International By-Laws, please send an email to by-laws@redknightsmc.com stating your Association number and that you do not have an individual Association By-Law set and you will conduct Association business under International By-Laws.

Please contact the International Secretary with questions regarding the Sample Association by-laws.
