Life Events Page
This page is deticated to the Our Members who have passed on. Please contact the Secretary or your Regional Director with all the details of the passing of a member. There are protocals that we follow and we would like to know as soon as possible so that we may show our respects in a timely manner.
If you see the Red Knights flashing logo, on the top an any page, it indicates an addition to the this page. The number of new Obituaries will determine the number of times that the Logo flases from white to black.
Once the ceremony has been completed, the Obituary is moved to the Older Obituaries Page.

Aubrey Conrade Rich Sr. NC 12
Aubrey Conrade Rich, Sr., 74, died Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Duke Raleigh Hospital. He was born in Durham County son of the late Estelle Bailey Rich and Ludlow Rich and was preceded in death by brothers, Wimpy Rich, Wallace Rich and John Bailey, Jr.
Conrade was a veteran of the U.S. Army, retired from the N.C. National Guard, a member of the Stony Hill Fire Department, and was a charter member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church and the Red Knights Chapter 12 Motorcycle Club.
Funeral services will be held 1 o’clock Saturday afternoon May 19, 2012 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church with Rev. Patrick Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Ray Rich; daughter, Jennifer Rich of Wake Forest; son, A.C. Rich, Jr. and wife Leigh of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Abby, Hannah and Josh Rich; brother, C.J. Rich and wife Camellia of Durham; sisters, Patsy Elam of Georgia and Margaret Wagner of Durham; aunt & uncle, Betty and Eddie Swart of Wilmington; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the N.C. Fallen Fire Fighters Foundation 2501 Blue Ridge Rd. Suite 250 Raleigh, NC 27607 or to the Ridgecrest Baptist Church 2817 Durham Rd. Wake Forest, NC 27587.
Friends may visit with the family immediately following the service in the church fellowship building.
